South Australia, Adelaide Oval – Terms & Conditions
1 By entering into this competition, you (Entrant) accept these terms and conditions.
2 The entity facilitating the draw is 50-50 Foundation Limited ACN 161 685 776 (50-50) and the name of the competition is the ’50-50 Charity Raffle’.
3 50-50 Foundation operates in South Australia under minor lottery regulations as per Consumer and Business Services SA.
4 Entry is open to residents of Australia excluding employees and officers of 50-50, any agency associated with the promotion of the lottery or conducting of the draw, and their immediate families. Entrants must be 18 years or over to purchase tickets.
5 Entry into the competition costs:
a) 3 numbers for $5;
b) 7 numbers for $10;
c) 16 numbers for $20;
d) 45 numbers for $50; and
e) 100 numbers for $100.
6 A person may enter the lottery on more than one occasion in accordance with the procedure specified in these terms and conditions, although 50-50 reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse to accept any single entry.
7 To enter and be eligible to win, Entrants must purchase a ticket from a roaming salesperson or visit a ticket booth in the venue.
8  The lottery opens for entry on game day and closes at the end of half time on the same day.  All entries must be received by this time.
9 The prize will be drawn at the stadium 10 minutes into the 3rd quarter at Adelaide Oval.
10 This competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
11 The number of tickets in this lottery is unlimited. The retail value of the prize is 50% of the total funds raised in the game, subject to a maximum prize limit of $5,000 as per minor lottery regulations. The total value of the prize pool is capped at $5,000.
12 The winning ticket number will be announced publicly after the draw and the winning number displayed on stadium screens, publicly online at www.5050charityraffle.com.au/draws. Where possible winners will be contacted via phone or email on the day, and prizes can be claimed in person at the Merchandise Pod, Southern Gate to the Southern Concourse, Adelaide Oval.
13 Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash (if applicable).
14 50-50 may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any Entrant without notice for providing false information, failing to comply with these terms and conditions or tampering with the entry process. 50-50 is not responsible for any technical difficulties which prevent an otherwise valid entry from being received by 50-50.
15 50-50 will not be liable for any loss or damage (however caused), suffered by the Entrant in connection with these terms and conditions or the competition.

17 If for any reason any aspect of the competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, telephone network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of 50-50, 50-50 may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in each relevant State, if required.
18 Without limiting any other paragraph, 50-50 may amend any aspect of this competition or of these terms, subject to applicable laws and subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in each relevant jurisdiction, if required.
19 The laws of South Australia, Australia apply to the competition and these terms and conditions. Entrants irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South Australian courts in connection with the competition.

Queensland – Terms & Conditions

3 The details of 50-50’s licence to conduct the competition in Queensland are: License number158466 as issued by the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation.
4 Entry is open to residents of Australia excluding employees and officers of 50-50, any agency associated with the promotion of the competition or conducting of the draw, and their immediate families. All persons under the age of 18 are strongly encouraged to obtain the consent of a parent or guardian prior to entering the competition.
5 Entry into the competition costs:
a 3 numbers for $5;
b 7 numbers for $10;
c 16 numbers for $20;
d 45 numbers for $50
e 100 numbers for $100.

The specific draw times for each venue are as per the terms and conditions printed on each ticket for that draw.

10 This competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner.
11 The retail value of each prize is 50% of the total funds raised in the game. The total value of the prize pool is variable depending on the audience’s participation through buying tickets. The value of the prize pool is capped at maximum of $100,000.
12 The winning ticket number will be published on 50-50’s website and on social media. If possible it will also be announced over the loudspeaker and displayed at the event on the venue’s big screen.
13 Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash (if applicable).
14 50-50 may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any Entrant without notice for providing false information, failing to comply with these terms and conditions or tampering with the entry process. 50-50 is not responsible for any technical difficulties which prevent an otherwise valid entry from being received by 50-50.
15 Subject to paragraph 17, 50-50 will not be liable for any loss or damage (however caused), suffered by the Entrant in connection with these terms and conditions or the competition.
16 Except as contemplated by paragraph 17, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights of the Entrant under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).
17 If the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other legislation provides that there is a guarantee in relation to any good or service supplied by 50-50 in connection with these terms and conditions or the competition and 50-50’s liability for failing to comply with that guarantee cannot be excluded but may be limited, then paragraph 18 does not apply to that liability and instead 50-50’s liability for such failure is limited to (at 50-50’s election):
a. in the case of the supply of goods, 50-50 replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, paying the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods, or paying the cost of having the goods repaired; or
b. in the case of supply of services, 50-50 supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
18 The Entrant is liable for and indemnifies 50-50 from and against any loss or damage (including legal costs) however caused, suffered or incurred by 50-50 in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any act or omission of the Entrant.
19 All liability for government charges, expenses, taxes or any other tax or duty is the sole responsibility of each winner.
20 By entering into the competition the Entrant consents to 50-50 using, modifying and disclosing the Entrant’s name, likeness, image or voice (including photograph, film or recording) in any media, for an unlimited time without further reference, payment or any other compensation to the Entrant for the promotion of any products or services of 50-50, including sending the Entrant electronic messages.
